Each apartment is organised around a naturally lit double-height stair gallery, where individually cantilevered treads appear to float within the space. Glass balustrades and airfoil louvres draw light deep into both upper and lower levels, enhancing openness and spatial connection. The stair becomes both circulation and focal point, shaping the character of each home.

A protected native Rimu tree was retained on the site and carefully integrated into the design. Its strong vertical form now sits comfortably alongside one of the apartments, anchoring the development within its setting. Together, the architecture and landscape create refined dwellings that balance sculptural presence with liveable, light-filled interiors.
