A medical centre incorporating general practice, physiotherapy, hydrotherapy, dental services, radiology, pathology and telehealth operates in tandem with a retail pharmacy and café, extending the hub’s role beyond residential care to serve the wider community. The planning promotes clarity of movement, operational efficiency and opportunities for social connection between residents, visitors and outpatients.

Central to the brief from TLC Healthcare was the creation of a contemporary, club-like environment reflecting the expectations of a new generation entering retirement. The interiors balance comfort and refinement with durability and clinical performance, fostering a sense of dignity, autonomy and community. Through its integration of hospitality principles with healthcare infrastructure, the project repositions aged care as a socially connected and service-rich environment.
