This project involved the full refurbishment and remediation of a three-storey earthquake-damaged building. The scope included significant structural repairs, the removal and rebuilding of the top floor, and the introduction of a new façade to redefine the building’s presence.

Comprehensive strengthening works were undertaken to improve seismic performance, alongside upgrades to fire safety, thermal efficiency, and acoustic separation. These interventions were carefully integrated within the existing structure, balancing compliance requirements with architectural clarity. The new façade provides a cohesive and contemporary identity while improving environmental performance.
